- Practice Philosophy: Dr. Gene C. Knutson was raised in Bellingham, Washington and graduated from the University of Washington. He received his medical degree in Podiatry from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He completed a podiatric surgical residency at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, CA and at Stanford University. He has been with the Pacific Podiatry Group since 1993. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Knutson enjoys many outdoor activities and is an avid golfer. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family.
