- Practice Philosophy: The practice of medicine is both an art and a science. It is my goal to incorporate the latest evidence based practice into the health care I provide for my patients. I view health care as a shared responsibility, and the doctor-patient relationship as a sacred partnership with mutual responsibilities. Working together is the only way I can practice good medicine, and the best way for my patients to receive high quality care.
Dr. Hilton Chen is a board-certified physician specializing in family practice. Dr. Chen is a graduate of Western Washington University and the University of Washington Medical School. He completed his residency at the University of Iowa. In his spare time, Dr. Chen enjoys running, reading, traveling and tropical fish/plants.
