- Practice Philosophy: I believe that my role as a physician is to guide my patients to make informed decisions about their health care while at the same time encouraging them to take responsibility for their own health through lifestyle choices and prevention. Dr. Nadine Gettel is a board-certified internal medicine physician with special interest in women's health. After completing her undergraduate education at Pacific Lutheran University, Dr. Gettel received her medical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed her residency at Providence Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. In her spare time, Dr. Gettel enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, fitness and spending time with her husband and three children.
