- Practice Philosophy: My role as your physician is to provide the information you need to make well-informed decisions and control the direction of your health care. I encourage my patients to be part of the process. After all, this is your life, your health, your well being. Dr. Neil Golan is a board-certified family practice physician, who speaks some Spanish. He is a graduate of the University of California-Irvine and the University of Minnesota Medical School. When Dr. Golan is not caring for patients he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 10 children, playing violin, reading and following baseball.
