- Practice Philosophy: In today's hurried world, I practice medicine the old fashioned way, by developing a personal and longterm relationship with my patients and their families. That's the only way I can truly know my patients and understand their health care needs and goals. Dr. Ronald Schubert is a board-certified physician specializing in family practice. He has special interest in treating diabetes and headache management. Dr. Schubert also speaks fluent German, some Spanish and sign language. He received his training from Spartan Health Sciences University in the British West Indies.
