Dr. Chang is a board-certified family practice physician providing a full spectrum of primary care services. He is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Seattle's Swedish/Providence Family Practice Residence. Dr. Chang received additional training in medical acupuncture from the University of California, Los Angeles.
