Contact one of our Client Service Representatives and your need will be addressed immediately, allowing you to maintain your office efficiency and patient service. This kind of laboratory service leadership sets the standard in our communities. Each member of our team is trained to be a resource for the variety of needs that you might have:

LabsNW Client Service Representatives can put you directly in touch with any of our Pathologists, Technical staff, or Account Representatives. Your office is encouraged to use our Client Service Department as your liaison for all lab services.
Proper collection of specimens is essential to quality test results. For clients collecting their own laboratory specimens, LABORATORIES NORTHWEST provides the collection containers and instructions needed for proper specimen collection and submission. Supplies may be requested in the following ways:
- Send a Supply Request Form with your courier
- Call our Client Service department 253-403-1187
- Fax your request to 253-403-4339
Supply requests will be delivered within 24-48 hours. Any questions concerning ordering or the use of supplies may be directed to the Client Services staff.
Couriers are our vital link and main arteries to providing personal service to your business. Our courier staff will promptly and professionally transport specimens, supplies, and reports between our sites. Specimen integrity and turn-around time is as important as the testing itself. Therefore, we offer specimen pickup service multiple times during the day. STAT specimen pick-ups are made throughout the day as requested.
