Early Bird Registration is now available through December 31. Just fill out the registration form and send to us prior to the December 31 deadline.

Complete the Rider Registration Form and the Release Form. 

Early Bird Registration Fee: $50
Please make checks payable to: MBCH/Courage Classic.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Pledges:
This tour benefits the Child Abuse Intervention Department at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital and Health Center and the Children's Trust Foundation. A minimum of $500 in pre-collected pledges must be turned in prior to riding. Tax ID# 94-3030039. Find out more about fundraising for Courage Classic.
