Cardiology

The Research Institute maintains a robust portfolio and a unique expertise in conducting a variety of cardiology studies. Partnering with the Cardiac Study Center (CSC) in Tacoma, the Institute has conducts cardiology research in the following therapeutic areas:

• Cardiac Catheterization Lab drug and device
• Acute Myocardial Infarction
• Secondary Prevention of Myocardial Infarction
• Prevention of stroke with Atrial Fibrillation
• Acute Decompensated Heart Failure and Chronic Heart Failure
• CT Cardiac Imaging
