Coronary Heart Failure - Event Driven

Study Number:   09-CAR-02

Age: 18 yrs or older

Sex: Males and Females

Visits:  Event Driven, 11 visits first year, then every 4 months thereafter

Stipend: You will be compensated for your time and travel
