Diabetes - Heart Disease

Study Number:   12-END-04

Age: 18 yrs or older

Sex: Males and Females

Visits:  8 Study Visits and 14 telephone visits

Stipend: You will be compensated for your time and travel

Purpose:  To evaluate the ability of an Investigational Lipid lowering medication verses placebo to reduce cardiovascular events in patients with established Coronary Vascular Disease or High Risk Cardiovascular Disease and  preventing the occurrence of first major cardiovascular event.
