John P Lenihan, Jr., MD joined MultiCare Health System in August 2011. He has been conducting research in Pierce County since 1992. Dr. Lenihan is a highly regarded gynecologist and researcher. He currently serves a the Medical Director of Robotics and Minimally Invasive Surgery at MultiCare.

Because of his success as a Principal Investigator, sponsors often request his site for their clinical trials.  Dr. Lenihan has conducted clinical trials in a wide variety of therapeutic areas including:

• Contraceptive devices and methods
• Endometriosis
• Vaginal Infections
• Overactive Bladder
• Menopause
• Female sexual dysfunction, libido
• Hormone Replacement Therapy

BV Study

We are seeking women to participate in a clinical research study for Bacterial Vaginosis (BV). In order to participate you must:

• Be female ages 18 or older
• Have symptoms or diagnosis of BV
• Be in good general health
