Light Up a Life Memorial Celebration

This program will include inspirational music and readings; a candle-light memorial and a video presentation. You are invited to submit a digital picture of a loved one who has died, to be included in the video presentation. The digital photograph must be submitted no later than November 22nd and need to be sent to: juli.plourde@multicare.org. Guests are also welcome to bring an original photograph to place on our memorial table to share with others.
