Scheduling • Healthy Reflections is open Monday through Saturday. To schedule a service, please call 253-530-8005. All services require a credit card number at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Arrival • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Should you arrive late for your service, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or your service time may be modified. Free valet parking is available. Directions to MultiCare Gig Harbor Medical Park.

Childcare Services  • A YMCA staffed on-site nursery is available while visiting MultiCare Gig Harbor Medical Park. For children six months to six years. Open 8am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday. Call 253-530-8000.

Spa Etiquette • Healthy Reflections strives to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation and calm, free of distractions and interruptions. While visiting, we kindly ask that you turn off all cell phones and pagers, and that you do not bring children with you to your appointment.

Cancellation • We request 24-hour advance notice to cancel your appointment without charge.

Payment • We accept all major credit cards, gift certificates, cash and personal checks accompanied by a valid Washington State ID. Payment is due at check-out. Financing options are available for facial and plastic reconstructive surgery procedures. Gift certificates and private parties are available.
