Services and Activities

Our staff of nurses, therapists and aides combines medical expertise and compassion to deliver comprehensive care and services including:

  • Medication management, medication administration and education
  • Blood pressure, weight and glucose monitoring 
  • Individual and group therapuetic exercise and activities
  • Retraining in activities of daily living 
  • Community resource education and referral 
  • Nutritional counseling and health education 
  • Memory stimulation and dementia care 
  • Wound care and catheter management 
  • Foot and nail care 
  • Assistance with grooming and hygiene
  • Diabetic foot checks
  • Tube feeding
  • Seizure monitoring
  • Walking program and fall prevention
  • Caregiver support group is offered once a month to provide education and support to families and caregivers of individuals with dementia

    Adult Day Health Crafting

    The energetic, supportive atmosphere is punctuated by activities in which all can participate regardless of individual limitations. Activities are designed to be informative, fun and therapeutic. A sampling of therapeutic activities includes health education, music groups/entertainment, therapeutic bingo, gardening, American Sign Language, small group cooking, art, woodworking, ukulele group, and holiday celebrations.
