- An attempt to commit any of the aforementioned
RAPE DEFINITION RCW 9A.44.040
- Sexual intercourse = penetration of mouth, vagina or anus
- Goal for successful prosecution if providing lack of consent
- Rape in first, second, third degree (Class A-C felonies)
- Child molestation first, second, third degree
- Sexual misconduct first, second, third degree
