The 12-kilometer run and walk traverses the scenic and hilly terrain of west Tacoma and beautiful Point Defiance Park. The 5k run and walk is a fast, yet challenging, course. A 1.2-mile Junior Shuffle tests the hearts and legs of children 4 to 10 years of age, while the 20-yard Diaper Dash, a fan favorite, is a showcase of Olympians in the making.
