Items currently available to all MultiCare Employees through web access:

*Employee Self Service Remote Access Computer Requirements
1. Windows 2000 or XP, Java 5, Internet Explorer 5 or higher (recomend IE 6). Other browsers may possibly work.
2. Enable Microsoft VM for Java in Internet Explorer or download the latest Sun Java Version 5.0 from www.java.com/en.
3. If computer system is running a Firewall application or an antivirus software such as Norton Antivirus or MacAfee, you may need to add webportal to your trusted sites.
(This remote option will not work for all employees, nor can IT support any trouble­shooting of home computers. Your option is to access Employee Self Service through any MHS supported location and computer.)

Good Samaritan Employee and Physician Portals
Staff Remote access requires pre-setup. Please contact the IT Help Desk (Monday - Friday 7am to 4:30pm) to establish your account. Staff remote access does require manager approval.

Staff Portal (access to the Meditech System, Network Drives (P:), and Kronos)

Physician Portal (access to the Meditech System, Network Drives (P:), and Pacs)
