Event Brochures
Event brochures, which include a registration form, will be available at Wells Fargo Bank locations throughout Pierce County.
Free Entry for Children!
Children aged 10 and younger have free entry for all events but must be registered and have a parent's signature on the waiver. A T-shirt is NOT included in a free children's entry.

Mail Registration (Received by Tuesday, June 2)
Click on the Registration Form in the Quick Links to the right. Print out (photocopies accepted) and enclose payment. Mail entry(ies) to: Sound to Narrows, PO Box 5296, Tacoma, WA 98415-0296. One entry form per person. Multiple entries may be made with a single payment and included in one envelope.

Tacoma REI Registration
Pre-race registration will be held Friday, June 12, at the Tacoma REI from 10am to 9pm and is encouraged to avoid congestion on event day.
$30 per person (T-shirt included)
Bib Number / T-Shirt Pick-Up
Participants are encouraged to pick up their bib numbers, chips and T-shirts before race day. Those registering at South Sound Running can pick up their timing chips, bib numbers and T-shirts at the time of registration. Those registering online or by mail can pick up their bib numbers and T-shirts at the Tacoma REI from 10 am to 9pm on Friday, June 12. Additional T-shirts will be available for $12. On race day, Will Call opens at 7am at Vassault Park.
Race Day Registration
Registration will be held Saturday, June 13, at Vassault Park beginning at 7am. Please arrive early to avoid congestion. $35 per person (T-shirt included sizes not guaranteed). NO discount available.
Chip Timing
Both 12K and 5K races will be timed using Winning Time chip technology. Be sure to return your chip on the day of the event or you will be charged a replacement fee. Both walking events, as well as the 2K Junior Shuffle, are untimed, non-competitive, and will not be listed on the results page.
Sound to Narrows Corporate Cup

MultiCare Employees Community Partnership
All MultiCare employees are encouraged to participate in the Sound to Narrows on Saturday, June 13 at Vassault Park in Tacoma. Proceeds from the Roman Meal Sound to Narrows benefit the MultiCare's stroke education, prevention and treatment programs. Employees who register may receive a MultiCare Community Partnerships T-shirt for free. Employees, please contact MultiCare Marketing at 253-403-1261 to register for Community Partnership awards and to receive your shirt.
Military Run
