Event Brochures
Event brochures, which include a registration form, will be available at Wells Fargo Bank locations throughout Pierce County beginning in April.
Free Entry for Children!
Children aged 11 and younger have free entry for all events but must be registered and have a parent's signature on the waiver. A T-shirt is NOT included in a free children's entry. A child's T-shirt can be purchased for $8.
TEEN 5K RUN 
Students are encouraged to participate in the second, annual Charles Wright Academy Teen 5k Run. Those students ages 12- 18 years can join their peers in a little friendly competition. Fee: $10, includes a timing chip and t-shirt.

Mail Registration
(Received by Friday, May 31)Click on the Registration Form in the Quick Links to the right. Print out (photocopies accepted) and enclose payment. Mail entry(ies) to: Sound to Narrows, PO Box 5296, Tacoma, WA 98415-0296. One entry form per person. Multiple entries may be made with a single payment and included in one envelope.

Packet Pick-Up Registration
Pre-race registration will be held Friday, June 7, at the Pearl Street YMCA. $35 per person (T-shirt included)
Bib Number / T-Shirt Pick-Up
Participants are encouraged to pick up their bib numbers and T-shirts before race day. Those registering at South Sound Running can pick up their timing chips, bib numbers and T-shirts at the time of registration (May 11 - June 5). Those registering online or by mail can pick up their bib numbers and T-shirts at the Pearl Street YMCA, on Friday, June 7. Additional adult T-shirts will be available for $10. On race day, Will Call opens at 7am at Vassault Park.
Race Day Registration
Registration will be held Saturday, June 8, at Vassault Park beginning at 7am. Please arrive early to avoid congestion. $40 per person (T-shirt size not guaranteed). NO discount available.
Chip Timing
Both 12K and 5K running races will be timed by Accustat Sports Timing using B-Tag chip technology. Official times will be available after the race beginning at noon on Saturday. Both 12k and 5k walking events, as well as the 2K Junior Shuffle, are untimed, non-competitive, and will not be listed on the results page.
Sound to Narrows Corporate Cup
Raise additional money and support MultiCare's Center for Health Living's goal to build healthy children and families in our community. This year's focus is on childhood obesity and activity. MultiCare Employees Community Partnership
All MultiCare employees are encouraged to participate in the Sound to Narrows. Proceeds from the Sound to Narrows benefit MultiCare's Center for Healthy Living - building healthy children and families in our community. All employees who participate will receive a Community Partnership t-shirt. To receive yours, contact angie.carson@multicare.org. Shirts will be distributed at the Center For Healthy Living booth on race day. We will also be taking an MHS photo - meet us at 7:45 a.m. near the basketball courts.
Military Run
