QuitSmart Tobacco Cessation Plan
Join MultiCare’s QuitSmart, a free, web-based tobacco cessation series with optional phone support to keep you motivated.QuitSmart is an 8-week program designed to teach behavioral skills to help you quit for good.
Each online workshop can be completed on your own schedule. Simply log in and complete that week's program. Each workshop will follow a similar format consisting of an online video, reading assignments and a few easy questions.
Weekly workshops provide behavioral change skills and ideas to support your quit efforts. Behavioral change skills include creating a quit plan, nutrition to maximize your quit possibilities, physical activity for positive brain chemistry, and learning to let go of stress.
The program is on-going, and can be started anytime you are ready to quit.
