Tree Sponsor Opportunities
General Tree Sponsorship Benefits:
· Personalized signage next to the tree.
· Name recognition in Tacoma News Tribune tabloid, Gala and event programs and on website.
· General Admission passes.
· Priority invitation mailings for the Gala and JingleBell Jam events (both events sell out early).
· One commemorative photo-plaque of the tree.
Premier Package (7’ Tree - 10’ x 10’ display space): $10,000
· Four Tickets to the Gala Event with a private “sneak peek” tree tour prior to Gala.
· Festival provides “the best of the best” designer to create the tree in accordance with Festival policies.
· Specially designated signage next to tree indicating “Premier Sponsor” status for public to view.
· The decorated 7' freshly cut and fire-retardant evergreen tree will be displayed at Festival of Trees, described and acknowledged in the catalog, and auctioned in either the live, silent, or bid-o-tree Gala auction. The tree will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder's choice after the event.
· Sponsor receives 200 General Admission passes.
Diamond Package (7’ Tree - 10’ x 10’ display space): $5,000
· Two Tickets to the Gala Event with a private “sneak peek” tree tour prior to Gala.
· Festival provides an experienced designer to create the tree in accordance with Festival policies.
· Specially designated signage next to tree indicating “Spirit of Giving” status for public to view.
· The decorated 7' freshly cut and fire-retardant evergreen tree will be displayed at Festival of Trees, described and acknowledged in the catalog, and auctioned in either the live, silent, or bid-o-gram Gala auction. The tree will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder's choice after the event.
· Sponsor receives 100 General Admission passes.
Gold Package (7' Tree - 10' x 10' display space): $2,000
· Festival provides a Designer to create the tree in accordance with Festival policies.
· The decorated 7' freshly cut and fire-retardant evergreen tree will be displayed at Festival of Trees, described and acknowledged in the catalog, and auctioned in either the live, silent, or bid-o-tree Gala auction. The tree will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder's choice after the event.
· Sponsor receives 50 General Admission passes.
Silver Package (4' Tree or Tablescape - 5' x 10' display space):
· Festival provides a Designer to create the tree/tablescape in accordance with Festival policies.
· The decorated 4' freshly cut and fire-retardant evergreen tree will be displayed at Festival of Trees, described and acknowledged in the catalog, and auctioned in either the live, silent, or bid-o-gram Gala auction. The tree will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder's choice after the event.
· Sponsor receives 25 General Admission passes.

Who Will Design The Tree?

The Festival of Trees is a benefit event of the Mary Bridge Children’s Foundation, a registered charity with the Charitable Solicitations Division of the Office of the Secretary of State for the State of Washington. Mary Bridge Children’s Foundation is a part of MultiCare Health System, a community-owned, not-for-profit network of hospitals and health care organizations dedicated to providing a full range of health care services for our community. All gifts are deeply appreciated and tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. EIN 94-3030039 No portion of the donated funds go to lobbying efforts. All donated funds support Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Center.
