Tree Sponsorship Opportunities

General Sponsorship Benefits

All Festival Tree Sponsors receive the following:

  • Personalized signage next to the tree.
  • Acknowledgment in the catalog and general admission program.
  • General Admission passes (number determined by sponsorship level).
  • Priority invitation mailings for the Gala Evening and JingleBell Jam events (both events sell out in less than two weeks).

Silver Level Tree Sponsorship:

  • The decorated 7' freshly cut and fire-retarded evergreen tree will be displayed at Festival, described and acknowledged in the catalog, and auctioned in either the live or silent auction. The tree will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder's choice after Festival.
  • 50 General Admission passes.
  • Sponsorship fee is $600 plus the cost of decorations (minimum $1000).


Bronze Level Tree Sponsorship:

  • The decorated 4' freshly cut and fire-retarded evergreen tree will be displayed at Festival, described and acknowledged in the catalog, and auctioned in either the live or silent auction. The tree will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder's choice after Festival.
  • 25 General Admission passes.
  • Sponsorship fee is $400 plus the cost of decorations (minimum $600).


Co-Sponsorship Opportunities:

  • A limited number of Silver Level and Bronze Level co-sponsorships are available. Please contact the Festival office to discuss these opportunities.

Who Will Design the Tree:

Sponsors may elect to design their own tree, choose a designer, or request that the Festival assign a designer.

The Festival of Trees is an annual event of the Mary Bridge Children's Foundation, #94-3030039, which is registered with the Charitable Solicitations Divisions of the Office of the Secretary of Sate of Washington. All gifts are deeply appreciated and tax-deductible.
