Using the therapeutic value of warm water combined with experienced therapists, aquatic therapy offers individual treatment designed to address a child’s specific needs by focusing on a child’s motor control, strength and flexibility. Aquatic therapy is located in our technically advanced SwimEx® therapy pool at the MultiCare Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center in Tacoma.
Mary Bridge Physical Therapy provides assessment and consultation for a child’s equipment needs that supports independence and participation in family, school and community activities, including power and manual wheelchairs, home equipment (such as bath chairs, walkers, and so on) and information on equipment resources such as medical equipment vendors.
