Helping children with asthma and pulmonary disorders
The Asthma and Pulmonary Program at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma provides comprehensive evaluation, testing and treatment for South Sound children with asthma and other pulmonary disorders.
We have a multidisciplinary team of specialists that includes pediatric pulmonologists, pediatric allergists, respiratory nurse specialists, respiratory therapists, dieticians, social workers and psychologists.
Our goal is to provide the kids with asthma and pulmonary disorders — and their families — with the help and information they need to live healthy, active lives.
The Asthma and Pulmonary Program at Mary Bridge Children's Health Center serves children in the hospital as well as provides outpatient consultations. We give each patient an individualized treatment plan, supplemented with ongoing and extensive education. We also offer case management for children requiring additional care at home.
