Genetics Clinic
The Genetics Clinic provides diagnostic evaluations and genetic counseling to individuals and families with known or suspected inherited diseases and birth defects.
We attempt to answer a family's questions including:
- What caused it?
- Could it happen again?
- What can we do about it?
Services offered include:
- Diagnostic evaluation by a medical geneticist
- Genetic testing, including screening for Tay-Sachs, Sickle Cell and Cystic Fibrosis
- Recurrence risk counseling
