Ready, Set, Go! 5210 in healthcare aims to engage healthcare professionals in the prevention, assessment, and treatment of overweight youth.

Participating Programs

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Weight Management Program - The Mary Bridge Pediatric Weight Management program serves children and adolescents aged 6-17. 

Program Philosophy

• Focus on the overall well being of the child or adolescent
• Strive to uncover what is occurring in the child or adolescent’s environment that is interfering with energy regulation, healthy growth and development 
• Promote living actively, eating in a healthful way and creating a nurturing environment that helps the child or adolescent develop and grow to his/her potential
