Infusion Clinic
The Pediatric Infusion Clinic provides IV therapy for children on an outpatient basis. A wide range of infusion services are offered in a comfortable, convenient clinic located on the second floor of the Mary Bridge Children’s Health Center – West Wing. Our multidisciplinary team of registered nurses, registered pharmacists and support staff monitor therapy, and provided services including:
- Remicade
- IVIG
- Antibiotics
- Hydration
- Transfusion of blood products
- Solumedrol
- Medications that require monitoring and not recommended in the home setting
- PICC placement
- Central line maintenance
- Vascular access consulting
- Injections
- Endocrine stimulation testing
