A Comprehensive Offering
Mary Bridge Nephrology Program offers a full range of outpatient services, including:
• Diagnostic evaluation
• Comprehensive treatment plans
• 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
• Prenatal consultation
• Renal dietary consults and social work support
• Nephrology nursing for added teaching and follow up services
An end-stage renal disease program is available through our joint Nephrology Program with Children’s Hospital & Regional Medical Center. The multidisciplinary renal team manages infants, children, adolescents, and young adults who are on chronic home dialysis. Our team works closely with local urologists in the community to assure seamless care is provided between a child’s surgery and complex management of patient care.
Hypertension Program
Our Hypertension Program provides comprehensive evaluation and management of essential and secondary hypertension in children and adolescents, ages birth to 18, in coordination with referring health care providers.
Mary Bridge offers a program that emphasizes the positive effects of a healthy lifestyle. In addition to appropriate medical therapy, the clinic emphasizes education and other therapies including exercise, diet and weight management.
