Tacoma and Puyallup home to six Top Doctors

Seattle magazine has published 14th annual Top Doctors survey results in its July 2014 issue. MultiCare Health System physicians specializing in occupational medicine, internal medicine, urologic surgery, ophthalmology, developmental and behavioral pediatrics and pediatric neurology are six among the 437 physicians named.

More than 1,300 doctors from the Puget Sound region voted to create the list of best physicians. It was the first time each of the MultiCare physicians received the Top Doctor award. 

They are:

Charles Nam, MD
Specialties: Internal Medicine
Practice Philosophy: I strive to enhance the health of my patients through emphasis on disease prevention, early detection and attention to detail. It is my distinct privilege to positively impact the lives of my patients. 

Archie Adams, MD
Specialties: Occupational Medicine
Practice Philosophy: My goal as a physician is to help employees and employers prevent and treat workplace injuries.

Frank Kim, MD
Specialties: Urology
Practice Philosophy: Frank Y. Kim, MD, is a board-certified specialist in urology. He sees patients who require both surgical and medical treatments for a range of urinary disorders: urologic cancers, male infertility requiring microscopic surgery, no-scalpel vasectomy, kidney stone, pelvic prolapse, urinary incontinence, male sexual dysfunction.

Glenn Tripp, MD
Specialty: Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics

Jacqui Hrivnak, MD
Specialty: Pediatric Neurology
Practice Philosophy: Dr. Hrivnak offers a broad spectrum of pediatric neurological services and has a special interest in developmental disabilities and autism. 

Peter Shelley, MD
Specialties: Ophthalmology
