(TACOMA) – According to readers of South Sound Magazine, MultiCare is “best” in several categories, including Best Hospital, Best Place to Have a Baby, Best Large Business and Best Doctor.

In a recent South Sound Magazine poll, readers responded with their personal “favorites” of the South Sound, including restaurants, music venues and a wide variety of other categories.

MultiCare earned Best Large Business, while Tacoma General Hospital earned Best Hospital and Best Place to Have a Baby.

Cynthia Edwards, MD, a doctor with MultiCare Medical Associates, took Best Doctor honors, according to the readers.
