QuitSmart Tobacco Cessation Plan


Welcome to MultiCare's QuitSmart™, a free, web-based tobacco cessation series designed to help you design a personalized quit plan, learn of medication options, and how to quit for good.

Each online workshop can be completed on your own schedule. Each workshop follows a similar format consisting of  online videos, reading assignments and a few easy questions to help personalize the information for you.

Weekly workshops provide behavioral change skills and ideas to support your quit efforts. Behavioral change skills include creating a quit plan, nutrition to maximize your quit possibilities, physical activity to decrease urges, learning to let go of stress, and coping strategies to deal with triggers.

The program is on-going, and can be started anytime you are ready to quit.

Washington Tobacco Quit Line

Call the Washington Tobacco Quit Line toll-free at 1-800-QUIT-NOW (784-8669) to speak with a trained “quit coach” about how you can double your chances of quitting. You don’t have to do it alone.

Free services you'll receive:
  • Private counseling and support
  • Advice on designing your own quit plan
  • Help deciding about products and medications that can help your quit be easier and more successful
  • A tobacco quit kit full of information about how to quit and stay quit

Tobacco Quit Line hours Monday-Sunday: 5 am to 9 pm. If you call other times, we’ll call you back.
