Description
Don’t leave your iPad within reach of our robot (it might smudge your screen). In the operating room, robots allow MultiCare surgeons to perform complex and precise procedures – such as playing “Angry Birds” on an iPad.
Dr. Moritz Bartels is at the controls in this video from MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, Wash. Dr. Bartels is certified on the da Vinci Surgical System and certified by the American Board of Obstetrics/Gynecology. He’s still working on becoming certified in “Angry Birds.”
