Partnering with CarePayment to offer 0.00% APR patient financing

Helping You Manage Your Medical Expenses

MultiCare wants to make sure you receive the care you need, when you need it — without financial concerns standing in the way. That's why MultiCare has partnered with CarePayment to help provide affordable financing to patients who need help paying their medical bills over time.

What is CarePayment?

CarePayment is an interest-free, long-term patient financing program  that allows patients to pay off medical bills in affordable, monthly payments over an extended period of time with a 0.00% APR. CarePayment is not a credit card and is not a collection agency. There is no application required and no impact to your credit score. 

Additionally, as long as your account is in good standing, you may add additional approved MultiCare charges to your CarePayment account, with all charges consolidated into one statement with all charges consolidated into one statement, at 0.00% APR.

What are the benefits of CarePayment?

CarePayment provides a number of benefits, including:

  • Interest-free payment options for the lifetime of your initial charges. The 0.00% APR is not an introductory or promotional rate.
  • Additional time to pay medical bills without incurring late fees, interest charges or being sent to collections.
  • Peace of mind knowing you can get the care you need without worrying about how you will pay for that care.

How do I enroll in CarePayment?

Participation in CarePayment is voluntary. There is no application or approval process required to open a CarePayment account through MultiCare. You may proactively open a CarePayment account by: 

  • Asking to open a CarePayment account directly anytime, before or after your care. MultiCare clinics and hospitals* can provide you with the information you need to receive your CarePayment program offer and enroll in the program.
  • Filling out the form on CarePayment's dedicated MultiCare website to submit an inquiry about the CarePayment program and receive the information you need to enroll.

In addtion, if you have received care and have an outstanding bill at MultiCare and are unable to pay your balance due, your account bill will be transferred to CarePayment, generally after you have received your second statement and no payment is made. 

If your account is transferred to CarePayment, you will be notified by CarePayment via mail and/or email and provided with details on the program and your monthly amount due. Simply make your first payment and you are enrolled in the program.  

Remember, CarePayment is 0.00% APR, is not a credit card and is not a collection agency. The CarePayment program is sponsored by MultiCare to help you manage your out of pocket medical expenses. The CarePayment program is also voluntary. If you do not wish to use the CarePayment program to pay your balance due to MultiCare, please call CarePayment at  866-625-8532.
