Perinatal specialists closely monitor high-risk pregnancies through a number of different methods, including ultrasound, to help ensure a healthy pregnancy and baby. MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is proud to offer this expanded obstetrics service to moms-to-be in our community.
We take a flexible, consultative approach to high-risk care, updating your provider in each stage of care by telephone and/or fax. Referring physicians are also provided with direct, 24-hour access to a perinatologist via telephone and pager to ensure timely communication.
Full-service facilities for both mom and baby are located under the same roof, on the same floor, saving precious time in situations where every moment can be critical.
