Dr. Settle is a physiatrist who specializes in the treatment of nerve, muscle, and bone injuries or illnesses that affect the way you move. Dr. Settle's interests include looking at how chronic illness, disability and pain affect his patients' lives, and then exploring ways to minimize the negative impact of their conditions and maximize their ability to function.
