Practice Philosophy: I enjoy partnering with patients and their families to improve quality of life after neurological, musculoskeletal and other injuries. Whenever appropriate, I pursue conservative treatments such as physical therapy before considering oral medications or injections.

Dr. Elias is double board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnosic Medicine. He scored in the top 10% nationally on the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine certification exam. He is a founding member of MultiCare's Adult Developmental Clinic for young adults with neurodevelopmental disorders. Away from work, Dr. Elias enjoys spending time with his family, running marathons, hiking and camping, and playing the piano at his church.
