SIBSHOP - Virtual October 24 for Ages 8 -17
For Ages 8 - 17
Do you have a brother or sister with a disability or chronic illness? Are you a typically developing child or teen? Do you feel like you are the ONLY person who has a brother or sister with special needs? Then… Sibshop is for you!
NEW - Virtual Sibshop where you will have fun, laugh, talk about the good and not-so-good parts of having a sib with special needs, play some great games, learn something about the services their brothers and sister receive, and have some more fun.
Brothers and sisters of people with special developmental and health concerns play important roles in their families and communities. Siblings experience many of the same issues as parents, typically share the longest lasting relationships with the person with a disability, and often help care for their brothers and sisters.
Programs for typically developing kids and teens that have a brother or sister with a disability.
