We're in the middle of flu season and the greater Seattle-Tacoma region is experiencing a worse season than usual.

One of the best ways to protect yourself from flu is to get an influenza vaccine. Didn't get one yet this year? Flu season typically runs into March, so it's definitely not too late.

MultiCare offers flu shots for both adults and children at a wide range of locations throughout the region.

Walk In

  • MultiCare Urgent Care — Ten locations throughout Pierce and South King counties. Flu vaccines for adults 19 years and older.
  • Mary Bridge Pediatric Urgent Care — Located in Gig Harbor and Olympia. Flu vaccines for children from 6 months to 18 years old.
  • Immediate Clinic — More than a dozen locations in the greater Seattle area, including a location in Poulsbo. Flu vaccines for adults and children over 9 years old.
  • Indigo Urgent Care — Multiple locations from Mill Creek to Lacey. Flu vaccines for adults 19 years old and older.
  • MultiCare Express — Located in Lakewood. Flu vaccines for adults 19 years old and older.
  • RediClinics — Located inside select Rite Aid pharmacies in the Seattle-Tacoma area, including Federal Way and South Hill. Flu vaccines for adults and children over 18 months old.

Because of a high demand for flu vaccines this year, day-to-day availability may vary by clinic. Call the location nearest you to confirm availability.
