Name: Garrett Jeffery
Hometown: Kent, WA
Undergrad: Washington State University. Go Cougs!
Medical School: Western University of Health Sciences - COMP
Philosophy of Care: Health is achieved through balance. While much of my focus is on two small aspects of your health, on prevention and treatment, the big picture requires that lifestyle and treatments achieve a balance to maximize your healthy potential. That being said, when something is out of balance and illness occurs, I strive for a definitive solution.
Why did you choose EPFM Residency? It is an unopposed residency with outstanding yet personable faculty in a community that I consider close to home. This area has expressed a need for more family medicine providers and this program offers a tremendous opportunity to incorporate Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) with my residency training.
Medical Interests: Procedures, Obstetrics, OMT, and Diabetes Management.
Personal Interests/Hobbies: I enjoy photography, hiking, camping, tinkering, crafting, and raising my wonderful children.
Fun Fact about You: As a kid my cousins and I used to race quarter midgets at Frontier Park, which is about 20 minutes from Good Samaritan Hospital in Graham, WA.
