Conditions Treated and Services Provided

These are some of the reasons our patients call us:

  • Breast health
  • Contraception
  • Endometriosis
  • Fibroids
  • Genetic screening
  • Heavy, painful periods
  • Infections, including yeast infections and urinary tract infections
  • Menopause
  • Premenstrual syndrome
  • STD testing and treatment

We offer a wide range of services. We start with routine gynecological care — the yearly visit people need to stay healthy and decide which screenings they need. Your annual visit also helps you establish a relationship with an OB/GYN so that if you do have a problem, you have someone at MultiCare who knows your medical history.

We also routinely do first-ever gynecology appointments with teenagers. Your teen should begin seeing a gynecologist between ages 13 and 15. Our doctors are prepared to answer any questions your teenager has about their development and are happy to talk about what they can do to live a safe, healthy life.

If you need birth control, our providers can talk you through your options, including the benefits and risk factors of each method.

We also offer gender-affirming care, including hormone management. Our providers are experienced and trained to provide a safe, comforting environment for transgender people. This includes ensuring you receive other kinds of medical care and support that you may need.

For every gynecological problem, we have a provider. Our board-certified OB/GYNs, certified nurse midwives, family medicine doctors and nurse practitioners have experience in providing a wide range of treatments.

If you need surgical care, we have nationally recognized surgeons who treat gynecological, reproductive and pelvic floor issues.
