Take the Implicit Association Test

Ask team members to take at least two tests, and then have a discussion about what surprised them, and how they plan to try to make changes to their unconscious biases. –Note: it is important to make note that we ALL have unconscious biases, it is normal, and we are embracing this to make changes so that they don’t impact the care we provide, or how we interact with colleagues, or how we make decisions about hiring, etc.
