Philosophy of care: As a family physician, I am given the opportunity to partner with patients and their families to help them with their responsibility of maintaining their health, beyond just physical health. I practice with the philosophy that there are three parts to health, the mind body and spirit. All three need to be healthy to have a healthy life. Having this holistic view helps me better serve, educate and provide care for my patients.
Why did you choose EPFM residency: The Pacific Northwest is where I call home. I love the area and would like to practice here. EPFM is a strong residency that has great doctors and staff. They have an authentic concern for the well being of their patients. That really stuck out to me when I was considering residencies. It is a place I know I will thrive as I grow as a clinician.
Medical interests: Pediatrics, ADHD, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Procedures.
Personal interests/Hobbies: I love to ride motorcycles and explore the mountains. Family is very important to me and I am blessed to be able to have most of them around. I enjoy snowboarding when it actually snows. I also love going to church and being involved in the community.
