Name: Jessa Louise Ostrom, DO

Philosophy of Care: This is my hope for each of my patients, that they would expect and desire good health, and then pursue it as much as possible in all aspects of their lives - spiritually, emotionally, physically, and socially - and encourage that in those around you. Then, during the times when one of those areas is not at its best, Seek assistance in restoring health and do all that you can to improve it and prevent it from declining again.
Why did you choose EPFM Residency? I am excited about the new program, and I needed to stay local after completing my time in the Army at Fort Lewis, since my husband is still stationed there. I also wanted additional Family Medicine training in order to get board certified.
Medical Interests: Osteopathic manipulative treatments, wilderness medicine, sports medicine, natural alternative medicine, and emergency medicine.
Personal Interests/Hobbies: Spending time with my family, being involved in our church, outdoors play (swimming, mountain and road biking, running, hiking/backpacking), Crossfit, travelling, dancing and playing guitar.
Fun Fact about You: I have red hair, and my grandfather has always said he was glad they kept me anyway.
