That's why we offer the following resources for you and your family the Katterhagen Cancer Resource Center at Tacoma General Hospital and Good Samaritan Cancer Resource Center in the Dr. Richard C. Ostenson Cancer Center in Puyallup. Both centers are open to patients, families and anyone looking for a source of cancer-related information.

Patient Orientation Program

Currently offered at MultiCare Regional Cancer Center inside Tacoma General Hospital, this program includes:

  • Introduction to our services
  • Your care team
  • Financial Services
  • How we support you through your treatment and resources available
  • Treatment education for chemotherapy and radiation therapy
  • Rehabilitation: What is it and who needs it?

Healthy Reflections Boutique

Recover your self image and mental well-being at Healthy Reflections Boutique. If you are recovering from surgery, or dealing with cancer treatment and recovery, we are here to provide everything you need in a sensitive and professional setting: wigs, skincare products, mastectomy bras, lymphedema items and more.

Cancer Support Groups and Classes

MultiCare offer a wide array of cancer support for patients and families in the form of classes and groups. Many of these classes deliver integrative therapies such as yoga, Pilates, movement/dance, relaxation, caregiver support and more.

Comfort Therapy Program

The comfort therapy includes Massage and Reiki treatments for patients and caregivers. Available at the Good Samaritan Cancer Resource Center.
