Looking for My Rockwood Record or My Health Home?

MyChart is replacing Rockwood Clinic's My Rockwood Record, as well as My Health Home at both Deaconess and Valley hospitals. If you use any of these patient portals, you will need to register for a MyChart account.

My Rockwood Record and My Health Home will continue to be available until fall 2018.
