Bill Robertson joined MultiCare in 2014. He came from Adventist HealthCare Inc. based in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Prior to Adventist, Robertson served as CEO of Shawnee Mission Medical Center near Kansas City, Kansas. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Adventist University, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He was also a Certified Public Accountant.
Florence Chang joined MultiCare in 2006. She came from Dearborn Advisors, LLC, where she served as Senior Vice President and partner. She has 20 years of health care information technology experience. Chang is a licensed clinical laboratory scientist (CLS) and holds an American Society of Clinical Pathologists license (ASCP). She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Anna Loomis joined MultiCare in 2002. She served as Controller at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital and has taken on roles with increasing responsibility within the organization including as the Vice President of Finance. Loomis received her Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting degree from Pacific Lutheran University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Pacific Lutheran University.
Kevin B. Dull joined MultiCare in 2015. Dull was previously at Kaiser Permanente Northwest, where most recently he served as Vice President, Human Resources. His other roles with Kaiser Permanente included Regional HR Executive/Organizational Performance Leader and Director of Employee and Labor Relations. Dull holds a Master in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Willamette University.
Lois I. Bernstein joined MultiCare in 1998. Prior to MultiCare, she worked in similar positions at Scripps Health and Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego and University of California, San Diego Medical Center. She holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
Theresa M. Boyle spent 21 years with Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound in various progressive management capacities before coming to MultiCare in 2008. She has numerous accomplishments in marketing and communications, strategic planning, business planning and development initiatives. Boyle holds a Master in Business Administration from Seattle University.
Mark Gary joined MultiCare in 2007 and has served as its chief legal officer and general counsel since 2013. Prior to MultiCare, Mark was a partner in the Seattle law firm Bennet, Bigelow & Leedom, where he practiced primarily health care business law. He received his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
Maria Granzotti oversees quality, safety and compliance decision making and standards across MultiCare. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Granzotti is certified as a Chief Physician Executive by the American College of Physician Executives. Previously, she served as Chief Physician Executive, Central Illinois Division, at Hospital Sisters Health System in Decatur.
Christi McCarren joined MultiCare in 1980. She has 36 years of health care experience, 29 of which have been in management and administrative roles. Her responsibilities include all service lines, post-acute care, retail and virtual health. McCarren received her Master in Business Administration from Washington State University. She is a registered nurse in Washington and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
Linda Chen joined MultiCare in 2015. Chen previously worked at Florida Hospital for Children. Prior to Florida Hospital, her career was spent in the sports and entertainment industry. She also worked for The Walt Disney Company in the Alliance Development business segment. Chen holds a Master in Business Administration from Stetson University in Florida.
Mark Smith previously worked as President of Fort Hamilton Hospital, part of Kettering Health Network; President of Sycamore Medical Center; Vice President of Finance and Operations at Green Memorial Hospital in Xenia, Ohio; and Chief Financial Officer at Nebraska Heart Hospital. He received his Bachelor of Accounting from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and a Juris Doctorate from University of Nebraska.
Tim Holmes joined MultiCare in 2009 as Administrator of Outreach Services at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital until 2011, when he was promoted to Vice President of Behavioral Health, then President in 2016. Prior to MultiCare, Holmes was Clinical Director for Pierce County Human Services. He has master’s degrees in Health Administration and Marriage and Family Therapy/Systems Theory.
Christopher Kodama joined MultiCare in 2003 as a pediatric hospitalist, and has since served in a variety of physician leadership roles, most recently as the Medical Vice President of Inpatient Clinical Operations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Tennessee — Knoxville and graduated from medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.
Jason Parks joined MultiCare in 2015. Prior to that he served as Chief Executive Officer for the Cardiac Study Center. Parks spent several years with Boston Scientific’s Cardiac Rhythm Management Division after serving more than eight years in the U.S. Navy as a submariner. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
Shelly Mullin holds a Master of Hospital and Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington. Mullin previously served as President & Market Leader of MultiCare's West Pierce Region, Vice President and Administrator of Tacoma General and Administrative Director of MultiCare Surgical Services.
