Fall spa water

Over the holidays, liquid calories and sugar can add up quickly. Soda, punch, eggnog and alcoholic beverages average 100–200 calories per 8-ounce serving.

For your next gathering, try one of our festive, seasonally inspired spa waters. Party guests will love this healthy and refreshing option. Everyone (including kiddos!) will want some.

As a bonus, these waters are so beautiful they serve a dual purpose as holiday decorations!

Use our suggestions below or combine your favorite fruits, spices, herbs and vegetables to create delightfully delicious spa water. Opt for seasonal ingredients and flavors to bring in the spirit of the holiday.

To make, add ingredients to water pitcher or beverage holder, stir and enjoy!

Try these combinations:

  • Apple slices, cinnamon sticks and cloves
  • Cranberries and clementine slices
  • Pomegranate seeds, lime slices and mint leaves
  • Orange slices and star anise
  • Sage leaves and shaved fresh pumpkin
