Recipe: Mountain trail mix
Full of heart-healthy antioxidants and brain-food nutrients, this simple trail mix is perfect for on-the-go snacking, late summer adventures, and weekend getaways.
Remember to keep chilled if your travels take you to warmer clients to prevent the chocolate from melting.
1 cup shelled raw pistachios
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup chopped unsweetened dried apricots, chopped
1 cup dried cherries, chopped
1 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
In a large bowl, stir ingredients to combine. Store in airtight container up to two weeks.
