For a patient who may have difficulties with payment for any portion of care, Patient Financial Navigators (PFNs) are available to help you understand your insurance and discuss options for payment, including:
If you have a question about current or ongoing care, PFNs are located on site in the Emergency Departments and at central registration to assist with financial screenings/application assistance, patient questions and concerns, and financial conversations.
