Monica Blykowski-May, MD
Interim Chief Executive Officer

Monica Blykowski-May, MD, MBA, CPE, has practiced family medicine with MultiCare Rockwood Clinic for nearly two decades. She currently serves as Interim CEO for Rockwood Clinic while continuing to see patients at the MultiCare Rockwood Northpointe Specialty Center. Monica is a Certified Physician Executive who earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts. She also holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington.

Monica has been actively involved in Rockwood Clinic as a section head, board member, President of the Rockwood Clinic Board and has participated in numerous organizational committees. When not serving in her interim CEO or family medicine physician capacity, she enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling to exotic locations with her husband and teenage daughter.

Tom Moser
Chief Operating Officer

Tom Moser, MHA, FACHE, CMPE, a seasoned and innovative leader, brings more than 20 years of diverse health care experience and a combination of skill and expertise in operational initiatives including service line development, strategic planning, financial analysis and process redesign. Tom is a loyal Ohio State fan, avid cyclist and enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown daughters. He previously served as COO of Medical Associates, LLC, in Clinton, Iowa, where he successfully stabilized operations and physician satisfaction, reduced operating costs by $1 million and increased net income by $3.5 million.

Scott Shollenbarger, CPA, MBA/HCM
Chief Financial Officer

James Shollenbarger, CPA, MBA/HCM, is a proven senior financial executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in health care. He most recently served as VP of Finance and Chief Financial officer for Colorado Springs Health Partners in Colorado Springs. James earned an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.

Gary Knox, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer

Gary M. Knox, M.D., family medicine, received his undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR, and his medical degree at the University of Oregon Health Sciences in Portland, OR. Dr. Knox completed a residency at Family Medicine of Spokane in Spokane, WA. He belongs to the American Board of Family Medicine. He has special interests in family practice, pediatrics, and sports medicine. Dr Knox is also the Assistant Medical Director, Facility Compliance Officer and has been a physician at Rockwood Clinic since 2000.
